Private & Shared Spaces Yucca Garden Villa is located on an 1,800m² estate. Guests enjoy a completely private unit with its own street entrance and a dedicated private outdoor garden and dining area. Shared Facilities & Hours: You have shared access to the large swimming pool, the central garden area, and the heated outdoor shower. - Access Hours: These shared areas are available for use from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. - Usage: These facilities are shared with one other 1-bedroom holiday home and a private residence. Guests should expect to encounter other residents in these common areas. Exclusions: To maintain privacy for all residents, the pergola and BBQ facilities adjacent to the larger main residence are for private use only and are not available for guest use. Security & Cameras: For your safety and property security, the street entrances are monitored by cameras. These are the only cameras located on the property; there is no surveillance within the guest units or the private garden areas. Parking: Free, easy street parking is available directly in front of your private entrance.

Getting around

Vehicle Recommended: To fully enjoy the Costa Vicentina, we highly recommend having a car or motorcycle. While the Villa is a 4-minute drive from local amenities in Vale da Telha, the main town of Aljezur is 10km away (approx. 10–12 minutes by car). Parking: Parking is exceptionally easy, free, and safe. You can park directly on the street in front of the house entrance. Public Transport: Please note that while public transport exists, it is not frequent and is generally not practical for reaching the various surf beaches or trailheads. A private vehicle is essential for a seamless experience in this rural part of Portugal. Electric Vehicles (EV): If you are arriving with an electric vehicle, the nearest public charging stations are located in Aljezur town (10km) at the local Intermarché supermarket. Tesla Destination Charging is available in Lagos and Sagres. Unfortunately due to local grid limitations we cannot yet offer any kind EV charging at the property.

House Rules

To ensure everyone has a pleasant and safe stay please note: - The number of allowed guests is strictly the number indicated in the Reservation Details. - Guest visitors are allowed in your private areas during the day, but please ensure they do not access the shared pool or garden or other areas in the property. - Pets, parties, events or gatherings, smoking/vaping/e‑cigarettes/illegal substances are not allowed in the premises during your stay. - Silent Hours: this is a quiet and natural setting and our silent hours are from 9pm to 9am. - Shared spaces: the central lawn and pool are shared by guests and hosts. Guests can use the shared spaces from 9am until 7pm. The barbecue and pergola by the pool is for exclusive use of the hosts. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by adults at all times while in or near the pool and central lawn. - Pool: please use the shower prior to entering the pool and use it safely. - Flush only toilet paper, even “flushable” wipes will damage the property’s septic system. - Dog: Luna is a child-loving, very friendly dog present on the premises shared areas. - Street Gates: please make sure to keep the street gates closed at all times. - Please don’t rearrange the house furniture. If moving sunbeds, etc. in the shared garden area, please put them back in the same position after using. - Before check-out, please remove garbage, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy and surfaces reasonably clean. - Respect check-in and check-out times. - Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The damage deposit is collected on booking and is refunded on check-out day. It will be reimbursed to your card within 1 to 3 days.
